Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R800.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to keep an eye on its progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within South Africa, but we hope to expand to other countries soon!

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived and it's been more than 7 business days, please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.

What makes your sunglasses unique?

Our sunglasses are made with premium polarized lenses, lightweight TR-90 frames, and anti-reflective coatings for a perfect balance of comfort and performance.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

At the moment, we do not offer prescription lenses. We are exploring this option and hope to have it available in the future.

Are the lenses UV protected?

Yes! All our sunglasses come with full UVA & UVB protection, safeguarding your eyes from harmful sun exposure.

What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?

Polarized lenses reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as water or roads, enhancing visual clarity and reducing eye strain compared to non-polarized lenses.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email at support@bourboneyewear.co.za so that we can assist you and rectify the situation. We do not offer refunds—only exchanges for sunglasses that are returned in perfect condition. If you wish to return a product bought on Bourbon Eyewear’s website, it must be returned within 14 days after the order date, in its original condition and packaging.

How do I exchange an item?

If you'd like to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or color, please reach out to our support team at support@bourboneyewear.co.za within 14 days. We’ll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of couriering the product to Bourbon Eyewear. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Do you offer refunds?

We regrettably do not offer any refunds on sunglasses and/or accessories purchased from Bourbon Eyewear.

Product Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my sunglasses?

Use a microfiber cloth and a mild lens cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, which can damage the lens coatings.

How should I store my sunglasses?

Keep your sunglasses in a case when not in use to prevent scratches or accidental damage.

Can I wear my sunglasses in water?

Yes, our sunglasses are water-resistant, but avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water, as it can impact the lens coatings.

What should I do if my sunglasses are scratched?

Minor scratches can be polished out using lens polish. However, for severe scratches, consider replacing the lenses to maintain optimal clarity.
